As a visitor of a list, I want to undo my entry. What can I do?

Since the application currently works without a user account, it is difficult to recognize a user again. Therefore, as a visitor you cannot undo your entry yourself. However, there is the possibility to contact the list administrator — this option must be enabled by the administrator when creating the list. If enabled, you can contact the administrator via the button 'Contact list administrator'.

How many items can a list contain?

A list can contain a maximum of 200 items. This limit ensures that lists remain clear and manageable. If you need more items, we recommend creating multiple lists — for example, organized by category.

How long is a list stored and accessible?

Lists are stored and remain accessible for 1 year. After that period, a list and all its entries are automatically deleted. We recommend saving your admin link in a safe place so you can manage your list at any time during that year.

Why is there no mobile app?

We deliberately decided against a native mobile app for iOS and Android. BringABottle is designed as a responsive web application that works great on any smartphone browser — no installation required. A native app would mean maintaining two additional codebases, going through app store review processes, and pushing updates to users. For something as lightweight and spontaneous as planning a party list, we think opening a link in the browser is the simpler and more convenient experience for everyone.
